HOLIDAY SHIPPING
COFFEE: We do our best to get your coffee orders roasted within 24 hours of receiving your order (weekdays only). That may extend to 48-72 hours if the holidays get extra crazy (typically around the 2nd week of December). Coffee is shipped the next business day after roasting. Kcups are shipped 2-3 business days after roasting.
- 11/13 - The last date to place a coffee order for it to have a chance of getting to you in time for Thanksgiving.
- 12/14 - The last date to place a coffee order for it to have a chance of getting to you by Christmas Eve.
MERCH: Our merch (apparel, mugs, jewelry, etc.) is shipped directly by the manufacturer. Each merch order typically takes 3-4 business days to create and another 3-5 days to ship.

THE BOTTOM LINE: Once we hand your package over to the carrier (usually USPS), it's out of our hands. If the package is stolen by a porch pirate, there's nothing we, or the USPS can do. You may want to get a bigger dog to watch your porch.

We currently only ship to customers in the United States.

While we'd love to ship to our friends in Canada -- and we have many -- the shipping rates from the U.S. to your beautiful country are just insane.
Adventure Dog Coffee Company is a small-batch specialty coffee company. To ensure the highest quality coffee, we roast every bag AFTER we receive your offer. Coffee beans need to degas for 24 hours after roasting before they are sealed in our bags and shipped to you. The beans are still degassing for several days after roasting. This is why there's a one-way valve on the bag. This process ensures maximum flavor and still allows us to deliver the freshest and best-tasting coffee to you.
We find that most packages arrive within 3-7 days from when they are shipped, excluding the holidays.
Tracking numbers and shipping date estimates are sent to each customer via email once we prepare your coffee for shipping. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation with tracking within 48 hours, please email us at bark@adventuredogcoffee.co
Once the package leaves our facility, it is transported and tracked by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages in transit or after delivery is confirmed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a USPS or UPS tracking number. You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your package by clicking on the USPS or UPS tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit USPS or UPS and use their package tracking feature by directly entering the provided tracking number on their site.
To cancel or change an order please email us at bark@adventuredogcoffee.co immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.
