Refund policy

 

Depending on the time of year and crop availability, we roast between 4-7 different coffees from five different regions around the world.  Nearly all of our coffees are also available in different roasts and grinds. 

So, yay for us.

A lot of factors go into making a great cup of coffee.  That's why we always encourage experimenting with the grind, water, filter, and quantity. 

After all, taste is subjective.

Since our coffee is roasted to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee productsFor that same reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any custom engraved items.

Unworn apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Once we give your package to the carrier (UPS or USPS), it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or porch pirates. We offer Route Package Protection as an option during checkout that covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. To be eligible for return, apparel and cups/tumblers (not custom engraved) must be returned in the same condition that you received it...and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs when you return the item. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund instead of an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping more than $50 worth of merchandise to us, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.
