Saving Two At A Time

We are proud to partner with the Rescue 22 Foundation. Every order gives rescue dogs and veterans a new start on life...and an opportunity for new adventures.

Adventure Dog Coffee Company donates 12% of proceeds from every bag of coffee sold to provide psychiatric, mobility, and medical service dogs to veterans at no charge and without geographic restrictions.

Proceeds are used for:

  • Training (most service dogs require more than a year of training costing an average of $22,000)
  • Animal care including food, veterinarian services and grooming
  • Service dog and handler equipment
  • Handler education
  • Service dog and handler integration

Service dogs that meet the needs of veterans diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress remain the organization's most requested type of dog. The Veterans Administration does not provide funding for service dogs for PTS, TBI, or other non-mobility diagnoses at this time.

Rescue 22 also provides the necessary annual refresher training or additional training of tasks for veterans through the lifespan of their handler/service dog partnership.

Many veterans who receive Rescue 22 dogs experience chronic conditions that require ongoing interventions by their training team to ensure that their dog continues to meet their needs.

Service dogs are trained directly by the organization’s master trainers at their campus locations at Coastline K9, Devine K9s, and Ridgeside Carolinas.

The Rescue 22 Foundation earned the 2022 Guidestar Platinum Seal of Transparency and is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
